This is a pre-configured graphical overhaul for GTA IV that combines the classic iCEnhancer 3.0 with the DXVK Vulkan translator for superior stability and performance.

Key Features:
- DXVK 1.10.3 async integrated: No more stuttering or FPS drops. Experience smooth gameplay on modern GPUs, even from the very first game start.
- Optimized Chainload: Uses a specific SweetFX fork (Boulotaur2024) to bridge ENB and DXVK correctly.
- Broad Compatibility: Works with 1.0.3.0, 1.0.4.0, 1.0.5.0, 1.0.6.0, 1.0.7.0, 1.0.8.0, and EFLC.
- Bonus DXVK 2.7.1 GPLALL: Included optional files for newer GPUs (AMD RX 5000+, NVIDIA GTX 700+) that support Vulkan 1.3.
- DXVK 1.10.3 async: Needs Vulkan 1.1+ support. (AMD HD 7700+, NVIDIA GTX 600+, Intel Arc+).
- DXVK 2.7.1 GPLALL: Needs Vulkan 1.3+ support. (AMD RX 5000+, NVIDIA GTX 700+, Intel Arc+).
- Downgrade (Optional): If you are using the Steam Complete Edition, downgrade to 1.0.4.0 or 1.0.7.0 (recommended).
- Select: Choose the folder matching your game version.
- Copy: Drag and drop files to your main GTA IV game folder. Overwrite if asked.
- Customize (Optional): Edit commandline.txt if needed.
- Update DXVK (Bonus): To use the newer DXVK 2.7.1, copy dxvk.dll and dxvk.conf from the DXVK271GPLALL folder and replace the existing files in your game root.
