Installationsanleitung
Ihr braucht den Nativ Trainer 6.0 , keine Ahnung ob es mit anderen Versionen geht.
Nativ Trainer 6.0 http://www.gtainside.com/download.php?do=download&id=29661
Einfach die objects2.ini und objects3.ini ins Installations Verzeichnis kopieren und GTA 4 starten.
Dann im Spiel -> Nativ Trainer -> Object Spawning -> More Objects Menu -> Load Objects from objects2.ini und Load Objects from Objects3.ini
Fertig.

das ist nicht meiner beschreibung gut nur bei mir funktieniert er nicht, auch dr einzig gute
