for electric sound
go to common/data/vehicles.ide and replace the line with following

for eflc version
coquette, coquette, car, COQUETTE, CADDY, VEH@LOW, VEH@LOW_HI4_HI4, 30, 999, 0.2417, 0.2417, 0, 5, 1.0 ,0, sports

for gta 4
coquette, coquette, car, COQUETTE, DILANTE, VEH@LOW, VEH@LOW_HI4_HI4, 30, 999, 0.2417, 0.2417, 0, 5, 1.0 ,0, sports

Eflc version sounds better imo, bc gta4 version is just the hybrid sound
