Edit and convert to GTAIV by cjisntgay
Features:
HQ car model
HQ mud texture
changing log:
better rims(fixed z-fighting and added bump tex)

Known problems:
sometimes there are z-fightings on the rims(don't know why, meshes are not overlap together), if anyone get any problem with is mod, leave your comment
