The classic Sultan makes it's appearance in Liberty City, straight from the Diamond Casino Heist DLC for GTA Online!
This was a straight forward convert with very little changed, as the original model was very good.
As for optional extras there are three different spoilers, and three different hood styles.
There are three different options for wheels. The default wheels from GTA V, Brioso R/A wheels, and wheels taken from the Tyrus.
Features a low-ish file size and proper LOD's.
Credits:

Converted to GTA IV and edited by Thundersmacker.

Notes:
You can replace any 4-door vehicle with the Sultan Classic. Though it would be recommended to add it rather than replace another car.
Update V1.1.1 Changelog:
-added compatibility for the LibertyPlates mod by Shvab.

No bugs that I know of.

sexy, it fits well with IV, I've been adding some of your V Converted vehicles to IV without replacing depending if it fit's the 2008 era and stuff so this will be like the classic variant of the other 4 door sultan in game, and great work with your model conversions.

If you expect for an entire street filled with taxis and shitload of SMPA50 or SMPA60 errors after parking the car into the parking zone and leave the safehouse area, then that won't be a problem for you. Otherwise, no.
Thundersmacker mods are mostly aimed for game stability instead of aiming for high amounts of polies and you should know that before.
