Fixed Particles and Reflection!
Re-created old hd textures system for gta 3! Added enb series and effect file for best quality!
And disabled the water wake texture.This is enb series v0.075c3! Newest enb version is not full compatible with this or vice city game engine! (reflection,and more effects is not working with new enb)
I just use this enb for gta3!
