To Add this Mod,
1)Download "Handling.cfg" and "carcols.dat"
2)Replace "Handling.cfg" and "carcols.dat" inside "\GTA3\data" with the Modded ones.
To Play this Mod,
*Avoid Driving Pink or Police vehicles, they are designed to be plowed off the road by heavier cars.
*Black cars can plow pink cars,
*Red cars plow pink or black cars,
*Silver or Gold Cars (Cheetah & Banshee) Plow EVERYTHING and Uncontrollably FAST!
