New released visual mod package for gta 3,with optimized performance.
-Better settings for IIILodLights - 2DFX Update.
-Better gloss reflection for vehicles with enb.
-Transparent water texture with timecyc RGB rendering.
-Better 2DFX lamppost shadow and light rendering with better distance.
-Better static shadow rendering,default 0.007 now in 1.0 with 900.0 draw distance.
