PHUQ-2 tank (Alpha Tank in final Style)
Original alpha model seen in the hidden Capital Autos renders and found in the mobile version files, is now adapted to final in game atmosphere. According to the GTA III design document, the vehicle name is PHUQ-2, which is a play on words (classic R*) and it's based off a Transportpanzer Fuchs, a german APC
To install this mod you can use the traditional mean of replacing the TXD and DFF from the GTA3.IMG file with the ones included in this download, and use a col editor to change the Rhino collision with the new one, or you can simply use modloader and drop everything in a folder.

These lines will make the vehicle have an appropriate wheel size and also be able to use the rear doors to carry passengers like a van.
Known flaws:
-The vehicle is hardcoded in a way the front wheels don't move when turning around corners.
-The lights of the vehicle never really turn on due to hardcoding as well.
-The way turret works prevents to get any damage to the windshield.
