Replace: noose (may be renamed to other police vehicles)
Time for more Guardia Civil vehicles, for drive, crash, explode and many other funny things :P

*** PLEASE MAKE A BACKUP BEFORE MODIFYING YOUR GTA IV FILES ***
HOW TO INSTALL:
a) MAKE A BACKUP!.
b) Unrar/Unzip this file.
c) Start SparkIV and find your vehicle.img file located in ../pc/models/cdimages folder from your GTA IV/EFLC.
d) Click IMPORT button and select files "noose.wft" and "noose.wtd".
e) Click SAVE and REBUILD, close SparkIV.
With a text editor, make the following modifications:
a) In handling.dat:
NOOSE 2500.0 0.3 85 0.0 0.0 -0.8 0.35 4 0.180 1.0 130.0 0.20 0.550 0.26 40.0 1.12 0.95 17.0 0.13 0.4869 1.6 1.0 0.8 0.048 -0.10 0.0 0.5 1.0 0.6 1.2 1.5 0.0 55000 440010 0 0
b) In vehicles.ide:
noose, noose, car, NOOSE, NOOSE, VEH@STD, VEH@STD_RI3, 100, 999, 0.2345, 0.2345, 0.3, 2, 1.0 ,1, ext_requi+ext_strong+livery
DONE !
